POL was established in 1999 and ran in the 2000 elections. It introduced some rather odd proposal of joint meditation that might, according to them, improve the social status of the population. I do not know whether the party remained active afterwards.

The flag of POL is prescribed in the party's statutes as green with the party's emblem in the middle. The emblem consists of a triangle with a disk in the middle containing the allegory of Justice and sunrays under which is written "POL" and the motto "PRAVDA PRAVDA PRAVDA ZA SVE" (Justice - Justice - Justice for all).
